Matthew Newton has practiced family law since being called to the bar in 2012, drafting pleadings, motion materials, and mediation agreements and appearing at trials, appeals, motions, and mediations. He works with clients to understand their rights and obligations under Ontario's family law legislation while aiming to avoid unnecessary litigation.
