About Matthew
Matthew Graine joined Meunier Carrier Lawyers as a legal assistant in 2021, began law school in 2022, and returned to the firm in 2025 to complete his articles before being called to the Ontario bar in 2026. His developing practice covers personal injury litigation, disability benefits, employment law, commercial litigation, family law and child protection matters, family support enforcement through the Family Responsibility Office, and wills and estates. During his articles he supported the firm's lawyers with legal research, pleadings, and trial preparation, and worked closely with clients who had suffered catastrophic injuries. He earned a J.D. from the Université de Moncton's Faculty of Law in 2025 and a B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2021. He's fluent in English and French and practices in both official languages.
