About Jennifer
Jennifer Kelly was called to the bar in 2010 and practises primarily in personal injury and family law, with a focus on trial advocacy. Her personal injury files have included motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, disability insurance disputes, and slip-and-fall claims. She has represented victims of violent crime before Ontario's Criminal Injuries Compensation Board. From 2013 to 2019, Jennifer served as a panel agent for the Office of the Children's Lawyer in the Cochrane district, representing children's interests in custody, access, child protection, and adoption proceedings.
