About Matthew
Matthew Gemmell practises corporate, commercial, and real estate law at O'Flynn Weese LLP, assisting clients with incorporations, restructurings, shareholder agreements, succession planning, and the purchase and sale of businesses. He also works with the firm's litigation lawyers on matters spanning corporate, family, and estate law. Gemmell earned his law degree from the University of New Brunswick and his business degree from Brock University, and is a past president of the Belleville and District Chamber of Commerce.
