About Matthew

Matthew Carrieri represents unions and employees before arbitrators, labour boards, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and Ontario and federal courts. Before joining CaleyWray in 2025, he practised for over five years in Boston at a nationally recognized labour and employment firm and an international firm, handling labour board disputes, wage and hour litigation, misclassification actions, discrimination claims, and severance negotiations. He graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2019, where he was a research assistant with Harvard's Labor and Worklife Program, and represented refugee claimants in Massachusetts and at the Texas-Mexico border through the Harvard Immigration and Refugee Clinic.
