About Massimo
Massimo Di Giovanni is an associate in Koskie Minsky's construction litigation group, supporting senior counsel on complex, multi-party construction disputes across the industry. His work involves litigation and alternative dispute resolution tied to construction liens, contract disputes and project deficiencies, and he also assists with commercial litigation and insurance defence matters. He holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto (2018) and earned both Canadian and U.S. Juris Doctor degrees, graduating magna cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2022. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2023.
