About Jim
Jim Ferguson is a partner at FP Law who advises business owners, managers, and leaders of partnership- and family-held enterprises, providing strategic legal and business advice built over more than 25 years in practice. Ferguson is a member of the London Chamber of Commerce and the London Club, and a former trustee of the Middlesex Law Association, where Ferguson has spoken at continuing legal education conferences on corporate and business law topics. Ferguson was the newsletter editor and a member of the Business Law Executive of the Ontario Bar Association between 1992 and 2011, and currently serves as Vice-Chancellor for the Diocese of Huron. Ferguson is also a past director of a national children's charity.
