About Elham

Elham Jalilian is an associate lawyer at Sodagar Nielsen Law Group, focusing on family and immigration matters. She completed her law degree at the University of Tehran in Iran, then pursued a master's degree in international law and human rights at McGill University. After working as a legal assistant at an immigration law firm in Montreal, she moved to Vancouver and completed an LLM in Common Law at the University of British Columbia, providing free legal advice to disadvantaged clients through the Law Students' Legal Advice Program along the way. She later articled and worked as a Policy Analyst at WorkSafeBC, assisting injured workers, before joining Sodagar Nielsen Law Group.
