About Mary
Mary Zettel was called to the bar in 2013 and works in a variety of legal areas, including contract disputes, real estate, family matters, and wills and estates law. She earned her law degree from the University of Windsor in 2012, after graduating on the dean's list from the University of Toronto with an honours BSc in biochemistry, microbiology, and zoology. Before law school she worked in the mining industry and later assisted with a family business. Together with Philip Horgan, she has worked on a residential construction case decided at the Ontario Divisional Court and on constitutional matters argued before provincial appellate courts and the Supreme Court of Canada. She has spent 25 years as general manager of the North York Knights, a minor hockey organization in the Greater Toronto Hockey League, and has been recognized by Hockey Canada for her volunteer work.
