About Mary
Mary Elizabeth (Liza) Quail founded MEQ Law in Toronto in 2024 after practising corporate law in capital markets on Bay Street since 2016. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial negotiations for businesses of various sizes. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018, holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Windsor (class of 2017), and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of British Columbia (class of 2013).
