About Marvin

Marvin J. Huberman is a senior commercial litigator, mediator and chartered arbitrator based in Toronto, with more than 30 years of experience in corporate-commercial litigation, administrative and public law, and alternative dispute resolution. He holds an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia (1982) and an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School (1997). He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1988 and the British Columbia Bar in 1983, and is a Chartered Arbitrator and past President of the ADR Institute of Ontario.
