About Martin

Martin Pilotte graduated in law from the Université de Sherbrooke and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1991, with about thirty years of experience in criminal and penal law. He founded his own firm in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield upon being called to the bar and has practised there ever since, pleading before nearly every Quebec court, including municipal court, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal, as well as in Ontario near Cornwall, Alexandria and L'Orignal. He has represented the defence bar of the Beauharnois district for several years and sits on various boards and committees.
