Alexis Brisson Pilotte graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke's law faculty in 2021, after earning a minor in political science and a certificate in social sciences at the Université du Québec à Montréal, and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2022. He completed his articling at the firm and has practised there in criminal and penal law since. He previously served as a spokesperson for the ministère des Affaires municipales et de l'Occupation du territoire at a student forum in the National Assembly, experience he draws on in his advocacy work.
