About Lynda

Lynda Boutin is a lawyer with more than 15 years in practice, a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2002 and of the Barreau de Laval. Boutin studied law at the University of Ottawa (LL.L.), articled at the firm Letellier et associés, and then worked at the Commission des services juridiques (legal aid), where an interest in matrimonial and family law took hold. Boutin also practises youth law and administrative law, including social assistance, employment insurance, the Régie des rentes du Québec, and the Régie du logement, and appears regularly before judicial and administrative tribunals across several judicial districts.
