About Aïcha

Aïcha Diallo practises primarily in civil liability, including claims arising from bodily and moral injury, along with estates law and the law of persons, such as protective mandates and tutorship for incapable adults. Aïcha Diallo has been a partner at Besner Diallo since 2017, after acquiring the firm previously known as Vachon Martin & Besner, where Aïcha Diallo completed the Barreau du Québec articling term in 2004. Aïcha Diallo holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal (2002) and has been active with the Barreau de Richelieu, including as councillor, first councillor, and bâtonnière. Aïcha Diallo also serves as the firm's privacy officer for the protection of personal information.
