About Martin

Martin A. Messier studied at Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf before earning his law degree from the Université de Montréal. He was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 1992 and has represented residential landlords since 1993. Messier is president of the Association des propriétaires du Québec (APQ) and owns a property management company. He is a frequent speaker at legal and management conferences on residential leasing.
