About Marlene
Marlene Kazman is a senior associate at Garfin Zeidenberg who practises exclusively in family law, handling divorce, custody and access disputes, support issues for spouses and children, division of property, separation agreements, marriage contracts, and agreements for cohabiting partners. She attends regularly at court and mediation and has resolved numerous matrimonial disputes for her clients, drawing on her own experience of divorce to relate to what her clients are going through. In one case she won a five-day trial restoring sole custody to a mother after a false assault allegation, and in another matter she secured an interim ruling for reunification therapy on behalf of a father whose access had been denied for more than a year. She earned her LL.B. from Western University in 1991 and her B.Sc. from the University of Toronto in 1986, and belongs to the Family Lawyers Association.
