Carla Conkin brings decades of experience in land and water matters, dispute resolution, natural resource development, and environmental and Indigenous law to her practice at Spruce Legal, with particular depth in regulatory analysis and hearings before administrative boards. Her work covers regulatory and technical reviews, impact assessments, and contaminated sites matters. She holds several federal appointments, including Vice Chair of the Inuvialuit Arbitration Board and a part-time commissioner role with the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada, with cross-appointments to the Canada Energy Regulator and Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission.
