About Mark

Mark Hundleby was born, raised, and educated in Victoria, earning a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in History and an LLB, both from the University of Victoria. He practised in downtown Victoria before joining ERA Law as a partner in September 2014. His practice focuses on employment, commercial, estate, and construction litigation, and he drafts employment contracts, workplace policies, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, independent contractor agreements, and termination communications.
