About Elena

Elena Breier is an associate lawyer at ERA Law, focusing on real estate conveyancing, land development, and estate administration. She received her LLB (Honours) from the University of Brighton in England, completed the National Committee on Accreditation exams through the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2025 after articling with ERA Law. She previously worked as a legal assistant for the Victoria Crown Prosecution Service and at a boutique real estate firm in Canmore, Alberta, and has training in a trauma-informed approach to legal services through volunteer work with Amnesty International and the Elizabeth Fry Society.
