About Mark
Mark is a partner in the Construction Group, based in Ottawa but taking on mandates across the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario and other provinces. His practice centres on construction and commercial litigation, including negotiating, mediating, arbitrating and litigating construction liens, trust claims, delay and impact claims, and payment bond claims, along with drafting construction contracts. He regularly appears before courts and in private arbitration proceedings throughout Ontario. Mark earned his LLB from the University of British Columbia in 2005 and was called to the BC bar in 2006 and the Ontario bar in 2013.
