About Mark
Mark Dolan is a member of the firm's corporate/commercial practice group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, and complex secured lending across industries including agribusiness, real estate development, and finance. He guides clients through M&A transactions from deal structuring and negotiation through regulatory compliance and post-closing integration, and helps financial institutions and borrowers navigate large-scale financing arrangements. Mark is President of the Canadian Bar Association, Saskatchewan Branch, for 2024 to 2025, and was selected for the 2025 edition of Best Lawyers in Canada in Corporate Law.
