About Marissa

Marissa Sarrazin is an associate lawyer at Amanda Berloni Professional Corporation, which she joined in 2026. She grew up in Coniston, Ontario, and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Laurentian University in 2015 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2018. She articled at, and was called to the bar in 2019 at, a prominent Northern Ontario firm, where she later became a partner, developing a practice in real estate, corporate and commercial law, and wills and estates. Her work included advising clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions, mortgage financing, business matters, estate planning, and estate administration. She is fluent in English and French and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, STEP Canada, and the Association des juristes d'expression française de l'Ontario.
