About Amanda

Amanda Berloni is the founding lawyer of Amanda Berloni Professional Corporation in Sudbury, Ontario, which she established in 2015. She practises real estate law, handling residential and commercial transactions, as well as corporate and commercial law, assisting businesses with formations, restructurings, mergers, and acquisitions. Before founding her own practice, she was an associate at Wildeboer Dellelce LLP, working in corporate finance, asset management, and corporate and commercial law, after articling there. She holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto, an LL.M. in business law from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, a Master of Arts from Laurentian University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Queen's University. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Ontario Bar Association, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Health Sciences North Foundation.
