About Marisol

Marisol Cruz Aguirre is the founder of MCA Law and a member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia. She practices Canadian immigration law, corporate and commercial matters, and wills and estates, and she is fluent in English and Spanish. She holds a Master's in Law in Common Law of Canada, an undergraduate degree in Mexican law, a certificate in international business and a counselling diploma. She began her legal career at a firm in Mexico City working with multinational clients, then practised for two years in Canada, including at a small Vancouver law firm, before founding MCA Law to serve individuals, small businesses, members of the consular corps and families with international estates in British Columbia.
