About Marie-Christine

Marie-Christine Leboeuf practises estate law and litigation, the protection of incapacitated adults, civil and commercial law and litigation, and disciplinary and administrative law at Robillard avocats. With over 20 years of experience, she advises, represents and defends a diverse clientele in courts and in negotiated settlements, favouring negotiated resolutions where possible to limit the costs and inconvenience of trial. She graduated in law from the Université de Montréal in 2002 and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2004. She volunteered with the Jeune Barreau de Montréal's small-claims-court legal consultation service from 2004 to 2014, and served on the Barreau de Montréal's liaison committee with the Centre d'accès à l'information juridique (CAIJ) from 2017 to 2022.
