About Margie

Margie Primero-Pimentel is a Junior Managing Associate Lawyer and Mediator at Russell Alexander Family Lawyers, called to the bar in 2002 with over two decades of family law experience. Primero-Pimentel earned a BSc with Honours from Andrews University in 1995, a BCL and LLB/JD from the National Programme at McGill University's Faculty of Law in 2000, and a Certificate in Family Mediation from York University in 2019. Primero-Pimentel is an accredited family mediator and certified collaborative family law practitioner who has represented clients before the Superior Court of Justice, Unified Family Court, and Ontario Court of Justice across the Greater Toronto Area, and serves as a Dispute Resolution Officer for the Superior Court of Justice in Toronto and Newmarket. Primero-Pimentel was born in Manila, Philippines, immigrated to Canada at age five, and resides in Vaughan, Ontario.
