About Marc

Marc Tavernese is a lawyer practising in civil, commercial, and employment litigation. He earned an honours degree in Criminology from York University before completing his Juris Doctor with distinction at Bond University in Australia. Marc began his career as an articling student and later an associate at a boutique litigation firm in the Greater Toronto Area, where he handled personal injury cases and appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, and Provincial Offences Court. His practice also includes advising both employers and employees on employment law matters.
