About Marc

Marc Motiejunas is an Associate Lawyer at Shillington McCall LLP practising criminal law, criminal defence, civil litigation, and regulatory offences. Motiejunas was called to the Ontario bar in 2019 and the Alberta bar in 2022, and previously worked as an Assistant Crown Attorney in both provinces before moving into civil litigation and criminal defence. At Western Law, Motiejunas managed the criminal law section of Community Legal Services, appeared in appellate proceedings, and taught legal courses, and now serves on the Board of Directors for Palace Theatre Arts Commons.
