Kerry Figliomeni is a Partner at Shillington McCall LLP practising insurance defence, including third party and accident benefit claims, institutional liability, fraud, priority and loss transfer matters, WSIB claims, product liability, human rights defence, and Children's Aid Society claims. Figliomeni has courtroom experience across Ontario at multiple levels, plus tribunal hearings and alternative dispute resolution, and belongs to the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Middlesex Law Association.
