About Marc

Marc Lapointe was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1983. He holds a licence en droit (1982) and a bachelor's degree in political science (1979). Lapointe founded Lapointe Beaulieu avocats, which merged into RPGL in 2019, and has more than 40 years of professional experience in business and corporate law, contract and civil liability law, real estate and construction law, and institutional and municipal law. He is an experienced litigator known for his skill in procedure and evidence and in conducting examinations. He has trained municipalities, served on the board of directors of the Association de la construction du Québec, and remains active in business and sport, including membership in an Outaouais business cycling league.
