About Daniela

Daniela Velandia is the owner of Velandia Avocate Inc. and a member of the Barreau des Laurentides-Lanaudière. Experience includes work at one of the region's more established criminal law firms before founding an independent practice, with appearances before the Quebec Court of Appeal, Superior Court, and Court of Quebec. With close to 300 files handled, the practice focuses on crimes against the person, including domestic violence, assault, sexual assault, and threats, along with impaired driving cases. Velandia also lectures on legal issues in the police techniques program at Cégep de Maisonneuve and is available to clients around the clock.
