About Marc
Marc has practiced personal injury litigation for over thirty years, representing accident and injury victims in Windsor and across southwestern Ontario. He has argued cases at multiple levels of court and tribunal, including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Divisional Court. He belongs to the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, and he has lectured for the Ontario Bar Admission Course, the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, OTLA, and the Canadian Bar Association. He also served as a past president of Congregation Beth El in Windsor.
