About David

David grew up in Windsor, attending Walkerville High School before studying and then attending law school at the University of Windsor. He has practiced almost exclusively in personal injury litigation for more than thirty years, with particular focus on automobile accident benefits claims. His casework has taken him before every level of court as well as tribunals including the Canada Pension Board and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. He played football for the AKO Fratmen and coached high school football while in law school.
