About Susan

Simoneau has practiced family law in Quebec City for more than 35 years and is also an accredited family mediator. The practice handles separation, divorce, division of family patrimony, joint applications, amicable settlements, child protection, adoption, custody, and spousal and child support matters. Simoneau places particular weight on the interests of children in reconstituted families and works to help clients reach negotiated agreements suited to each family's needs. Simoneau belongs to the Barreau du Québec and the Association des familialistes.
