Boudreau has represented employers, senior executives and employees in labour law matters for more than twenty-seven years, appearing before the former Commission des relations du travail and Commission des lesions professionnelles and now the Tribunal administratif du travail, as well as arbitration tribunals, and regularly acting in collective bargaining and grievance arbitration. He has extensive experience before the ordinary courts, including complex Quebec Court of Appeal files, and has built a strong reputation obtaining interim, interlocutory and permanent injunctions. He served as independent chair and later first independent chair of the disciplinary tribunal under the Correctional Services Act, and has been a part-time coroner since August 2017.
