About Manon

Dagenais has specialized in labour and employment law along with civil and commercial litigation since 2001. In labour law she handles disciplinary measures, collective agreement interpretation, workplace conflict management and grievance arbitration, while in employment law she negotiates and drafts contracts and legal opinions and handles employment disputes. In civil and commercial litigation she represents businesses, owners, partners, directors and shareholders, particularly in contractual and extracontractual disputes, and advises on terminating agreements with business partners and consultants.
