Manpreet Ghuman is a real estate lawyer with over a decade of experience guiding buyers, sellers, investors and businesses through property transactions in Ontario. Her residential work covers first-time buyers, move-up purchasers and sellers across freehold, condominium and new-build deals, along with private mortgages, family transfers, survivorship applications, estate sales and title rectification. On the commercial side, she handles acquisitions, dispositions and joint-venture investments involving multi-family buildings, retail plazas, industrial condominiums and development land for private investors and institutional clients. Manpreet also assists homeowners and investors with refinancing, second mortgages, HELOCs and debt consolidation, working to secure competitive lending terms.
