Jaskaran Grewal is a partner practising corporate law, covering mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, corporate finance, venture capital, commercial contracts, and corporate governance. He acts on complex multi-party transactions, advises companies through capital raises and restructurings, and counsels founders and executives on the legal side of building and scaling a business.
