About Manjote
Manjote Phull practises corporate and commercial law at Bell Alliance LLP, focusing on corporate structures, commercial agreements, and corporate transactions. Born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Manjote earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from McMaster University before obtaining a Bachelor of Laws (First Class) from the University of Leicester in England. Manjote was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2023 and practised as an associate lawyer in the Greater Toronto Area before being called to the Bar of British Columbia and joining Bell Alliance in October 2024. Manjote's work includes incorporating and restructuring companies, drafting commercial leases and shareholder agreements, and advising landlords and tenants in commercial leasing.
