About Maija
Maija Martin practises solely in criminal defence at the trial and appellate levels. She is a Vice President of the Criminal Lawyers' Association, Vice Chair of the Ontario Bar Association's Criminal Section, and a former Litigation Director for Women in Canadian Criminal Defence. She clerked at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and appears regularly before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Nunavut Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
