Madeline Leigh Jones, Barrister & Solicitor is a solo family law practice serving Windsor-Essex, Ontario, from an office on Ouellette Avenue in downtown Windsor. Madeline Leigh Jones earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2025 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026. During law school, the focus was on advocacy and access to justice, including a placement as a student clinician at the Mental Health Justice Clinic at CAMH in Toronto and a term as student intern to Professor Laverne Jacobs on the United Nations Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. A research externship with Professor Gemma Smith examined the federal Act Respecting First Nations, Inuit and Métis Children, Youth and Families.

Before opening the practice, Madeline Leigh Jones completed articles with Christopher G. Knowles, Barrister & Solicitor, a Windsor family law office at the same Ouellette Avenue address, gaining experience in separation and divorce, parenting disputes, child and spousal support, property division, and child protection proceedings, and appearing before the Ontario Court of Justice. The practice now handles that same range of family law matters, from parenting time and support to grandparent and third-party rights and child protection cases brought by a Children's Aid Society, and it accepts Legal Aid certificates for family law and child protection matters.
