Zagazeta Garcia LLP is a family law, immigration, and real estate firm headquartered in Mississauga, with a second office in Oakville. M. Elka Zagazeta Garcia and M. Norka Zagazeta Garcia co-founded the practice after earning undergraduate degrees at the University of Toronto and law degrees from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, then completing Canada's National Committee of Accreditation process to qualify to practice in Ontario. The firm reports over 30 years of combined experience in family and immigration law.

The two founders divide the practice by focus. M. Elka Zagazeta Garcia handles family law and civil litigation and is an Accredited Family Law Mediator with the Ontario Association for Family Mediation. M. Norka Zagazeta Garcia concentrates on Canadian and US immigration, including Hague Convention cases involving international child abduction, and is licensed to practice in Florida as well as approved by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Foreign Legal Consultant. Both lawyers work with clients in English and Spanish, and the firm also handles residential real estate closings, notarization, and document certification for Mississauga, Oakville, and the wider Peel Region.
