M. Lemieux is a member of the Barreau du Québec and the Law Society of Ontario with 30 years of experience representing Canadian and international clients in the financial services sector. The practice covers commercial disputes and litigation, commercial contracts and business transactions, and regulatory compliance issues, for banks and financial institutions, money-services businesses, payment providers, commercial enterprises, law firms and notary firms, and regulatory compliance advisors. Lemieux also acts as a mediator and arbitrator in commercial disputes and teaches banking law, credit law and payments law as an adjunct professor at the Faculty of Law of McGill University.
