About Lynn

Lynn Carson graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2024 and was called to the bar in 2025. She has represented clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board in refugee hearings, refugee appeals, residency obligation appeals, and sponsorship appeals, and has litigated judicial review applications before the Federal Court. Her practice draws on a trauma-informed approach developed through work supporting survivors of violence.
