About Luke

Luke Bossuyt joined D'Arcy + Deacon LLP as an articling student in 2025 and received his call to the bar in 2026. He grew up on a family farm near Oak Bluff, Manitoba, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Law in 2025. His practice centres on corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on agriculture and agribusiness, including corporate reorganizations, shareholder disputes, real estate, succession planning, and wills and estates, and he also has experience in municipal, regulatory, and collections matters. Before law school, Luke worked in grain merchandising and crop input research and sales for agribusiness firms.
