About Lucy
Lucy D'Ercole is a co-founding partner at GDH Family Law who has practiced exclusively in family law since her call to the bar. Before helping start the firm, she articled and worked as an associate at a boutique GTA firm. She handles all aspects of family law matters, including negotiating, mediating, arbitrating and litigating parenting arrangements, child and spousal support disputes, and property division. Her approach centers on tailoring practical, cost-conscious solutions for each family's circumstances. She holds a BA (Hons) from York University and a JD from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.
