About Jason

Jason Huang-Kung heads the Labour & Employment and Construction Law practice at Kung, Lo & Jia LLP, primarily representing employees and trade unions before Ontario courts and administrative tribunals. He began law school at the University of Windsor before transferring to Osgoode Hall Law School, articled at a major private-sector union, and worked as an associate at a labour law firm before co-founding Kung, Lo & Jia LLP.
