About Audrey

Audrey Thibodeau-Laprise graduated in law from Université Laval in 2011 and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2012. She went on to complete a Master's in taxation at the Université de Sherbrooke in 2014. She practiced as a tax lawyer at major accounting firms and with Quebec's tax authorities for about six years before joining Tassé Bertrand Barabé in 2021. Her practice focuses on business law, general transactional law and taxation, including tax reorganizations, business acquisitions and sales, and shareholder agreements, and she has also developed expertise advising dental professionals and in trust law.
