Lindsay Rodenburg is an Associate at Shillington McCall LLP practising tort defence claims, motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability, commercial general liability, subrogated claims, and coverage matters. Rodenburg joined the firm in December 2022 after practising insurance defence at a regional boutique firm's Kitchener office, having articled in Toronto before establishing a practice in Kitchener. Rodenburg belongs to the Canadian Defence Lawyers Association and the Middlesex Law Association.
